After comments by TXF in my universe i thought there should be a place where everyone has one comment on their respected main character that they have come up with a bit like the member temp thread in the template section.

After coming home from work one day Dennis believes someone is after him after finding a severed finger in his kettle and starts to panic. Then he continues to his garage for a weapon where he finds his bosses head on the floor. After losing his mind he realises that he has multiple personality disorder and that his recessive identity came out and murdered his boss (who he hated) and is now the dominant identity after Dennis' relapse. He goes on to change his appearance to one that appeases the broken identity within.

Battle Beetle
Bartleby "Bart" Baxter, the third.

Abilitie(s) / Power(s): In reality, Beetle doesn't have any powers. It's all in his suit. Besides the fact that Bartleby is experienced in Parkour/Free Running. His suit enhaces his strength. He has a built in rocket pack in his boots and back. His gloves shoot concentrated vibrational air blasts, the power of the blasts can be controlled, as well as containing grappling hooks in case of jet pack failure in mid-flight. The helmet includes a voice masker, a communication set up, infrared, ultraviolet, nightvision, etc. He also gains many gadgets when needed from his 'sidekick' "The Brain", Phillip Llosa.

Personality: Bartleby is a real attention seeker. While in costume, he loves putting himself in the limelight. When fighting villains, he finds it easier to lay out a few jokes, no matter how unfunny they may be, to take his mind off the fact that he may be killed in battle. Bart hates when credit isn't given to him, or when he is compaired to how his Grandfather, the Black Beetle handled situations. Outside of the hero life, Bartleby is a normal teenage kid. In highschool, he doesn't fall below, nor is he above the social ladder. He's in the middle, not a jock, not a nerd, he falls under his own social title. If you had to describe him though, he'd be classified as sort of a skater, lacking the skateboard however, and a growing theatre geek. He has enough friends, but looses them when he becomes Beetle, due to the fact he has to be fighting crime instead of spending it with them. On his off time he can be found at local Coffee shop, The Grind, drinking non-caffinated drinks, because he actually hates the taste of coffee. He soon gains a co-op position at Vindcate's local news station, News First, where he helps an ancor with stories on Battle Beetle. He does all the work on the story, filming, etc, the ancor gets all the credit and edits the stories to make Beetle look bad. Bart must deal with this, however. Because of his activities as Beetle, his gardian/cousin, Lucas Blackwell, and his school principle, Mr. Undermire, decide to sign Bart up to a Dramatic Arts After School Program, to help Bart become more social, this helps him to get to know school peer James Kobiashi, and meet love interest Amy Mullen.

Brief Story: Bartleby "Bart" Baxter III is a huge fan of comic book, and real life Super Heroes. He lives with his Cousin, Lucas Blackwell. His mother died when Bart was a young boy and his father walked out on him once he was born, leaving his only family left being his cousin, and his Grandfather, a milllionare who kept to himself. While Bart's Grandfather would seem to care for Bart, the two were kind of distant. Lucas felt his younger counsin needed to get to know his Grandfather personally, so he decided that Bart would help clean out his Grandfathers mansion. While there, Bartleby learns his Grandfathers past, how he got his money being a High-Tech suit designer, and his grandfathers secret. Bartle Baxter Sr. was the Black Beetle, his grandsons favourite hero. Barts grandfather gives in and tells Bartleby that all the Martiel Arts he was signed up to as a child, was his Grandfathers wishing, to keep him safe, what his Grandfather didn't know was Bart took a liking to these Martiel Arts, and was the top of his class, gaining his own personal trainer. Bartleby wishes to take over his Grandfathers mantel, and at first, his grandfather refuses, but then decides to train Bartleby. Bart gets the training he needs in the suit his Grandfather used to fight crime in, the original Black Beetle costume. Bartleby Sr. felt it was time Bart met his father, so he aranged a meeting between the two. When Bart met his father, he found that he was a terrible person, Bartleby Jr. told his son that if he was a real man, he'd get his revenge, but Bartleby remember what his grandfather once told him, "Revenge is about making yourself feel better. Justice makes everything better." so he didn't do anything, and his father took advantage of this a struk him. Upon returning, Bartleby snapped at his grandfather telling him how useless everything he was taught was. That night, the son of an old archvillan, Viro, who also happens to be a City Mobster known as The Skull, finally succeeds in killing his fathers rival. Now, Bartleby has chosing to remain as the new Beetle, learn to protect those weaker then him, that justice previles over revenge, and the hardships of his responsibity of being a hero.

Jason
was born in the slums of Walker city, Once he left Hamiltion High
school he started to go to Walker University. Everyone had high hopes
for him, thinking he was going to be rich and sucessful like his
brother, but he wasn't like his brother. He just recently left the
university and has went through many jobs since then, he was a slacker
he didn't really know what he wanted to do with his life. He got a job
at the local news station were he work with news anchor, Jeff Bridges.
It was late one friday night and Jason and Jeff when down in the news
van to the docks, were there was a gang fight taking place. Jason
positioned himself behind a crate and filmed everything, suddenly!
someone shot one of the large containers which exploded killing alll
the gang members. It released toxic green gas! Jeff ran to the van
scared, "Keep filming kid!" he shouted as he drove off in the van.
"Wait! you son of a bitch!" shouted Jason as he ran from the gas. The
gas caught up with Jason, he dropped to his knees and started to cough.
He looked down at his hands, they had dissapeared, Jason dropped face
first to the ground and blacked out. Jason woke up hours later in a
hospital bed, Jason was stuck in the hospital for a month. After the
doctors doing blood test they seen something, his DNA it was changing,
the doctors couldn't explain it. But it look like there
wasn't much hope for him. He kept on having nightmare's, but one day
Jason woke up in hospital one day and was fine, infact better than fine
he felt great, when the doctors took a blood test his DNA was fine
everything was normal. So Jason was able to go home, when he was
waiting for the subway train, he asked a man the time, when they turned
around to answer they freaked out and ran. When Jason looked down he
was invisible again! He ignored it but soon he would have to confront
it and use it. One night a day or so later he went around to his
parents fruit shop, when he walked in there was a man shouting "If you
don't have the money by tonight your dead! you hear me dead!" . Jason
kept asking what was that but his parents told him to drop it. After
there arguement Jason went round the nexr morning to say sorry but when
he got there there were police blocking off the street, Jason realised
what was wrong and ran throught the crowd and seen 2 body bags getting
put in a ambulance. Jason dropped to the ground in tears, he ran home
and looked in the mirror, he finally realised what he had to do, it was
like he had a blindfold on his whole life but now he could see. He
wanted to make sure this happened to no one ever again...............

First try at a back story of any kind, so It may get edited later:

Chris was always the "funny" one in school. Not that he wanted to be, people just tend to laugh at him. He got picked on, and constantly made fun of for random things. He managed to deal with it. Once he got older, he was still getting picked on and made fun of for things. He got fired from job after job for no reason at all, but never did anything about it. He had a girlfriend for a short while. He came home from ANOTHER job he was fired from, only to find his girlfriend has been cheating on him. He got fed up with it, and went after the baseball bat. He beat both of them as much as he needed to until he felt better. Realizing how good this made him feel, he decided to continue on, "bringing justice" to whoever caused anyone else harm. ANY kind of harm, anything from a murder, to a simple coughing without covering their mouth. Just depends what he felt like at the time. He designed a costume with a mask because he knew people wouldn't understand his take on "Justice" and knew he might get in some trouble. The "Jester" outfit, comes from the fact that he's always made fun of and 'laughed' at. This is to remind him of why he's doing this in the first place.

To make things clear: He has mental issues now. He thinks what he's doing is the "right" thing to do. So of corse, if a "hero/good guy" tries to stop him, he's obviously gonna think the "hero" is the "bad guy" and try to kill the hero. <.<


I haven't thought everything through yet... first time thinking of a story for him, so i'll touch of the story here and there, adding things to make it make more sense, etc.

Powers/Abilities: Koosh is a mutant with a unique gene that enables him to withstand radiation and chemical change within his body. This means he can survive high temperatures and pressure. This ability also allowed him to survive a large dose of alien radiation which gave him his powers. His powers include element manipulation, energy projection, and a self-sustaining body (does not require sleep or food). The aliens who gave him his powers also shared their knowledge of the known universe, giving him superior intelligence.

Limitations: He cannot use his element manipulation on anything organic or living. Also the energy he projects can mentally exhaust him is used excessively, leading to a shock-like state or death.

That's actually from Marvel, so, I believe you're free to use it.

Location: New Burrin City
Bio: Steve Carter was eight years old when both his parents and his brother were killed in an attack of Burrin city he was one of only a few who survived. Steve was sent to orphanage to live and since then Steve has had to rely on himself alone for everything. Working his ass off Steve now attends NBU studying physics and biology while working as a lab assistant at the NBU physics department. While working late one night at the lab Steve and Professor Baxter were working on a stone thought originally thought to be a ruby. The stone gave off an energy signature never recorded on Earth. The night was long and Professor Baxter had to leave unexpectedly. Steve was left to finish the log the results of the last experiment and lock up the lab for the night. Steve was waiting for the spectrum analyser to finish when the stone started to glow. Steve unsure what to do went to turn off the spectrum analyser, it was at that moment a red pulse emanated from the stone throwing Steve to the floor. Steve awoke the next day in hospital feeling better that he'd ever felt before. Not only did he feel better, there was something more than that he was different. This sounded strange to him even though he was thinking it but his DNA was altered by that stone he could feel it. His DNA had been unlocked by the pulse he could alter it into any configuration. He could enhance his natural abilities, strength, speed, healing etc, but at the moment that was all he could do. The university had blamed the accident on the spectrum analyser which exploded due to the pulse. When Steve returned to work, he began working on the stone again. When he brought the stone out of the locker he found that it had a negative effect on him. The energy signature had a strange effect on the portion of his brain which controlled his powers locking his DNA into his natural powerless configuration. Despite only being able to utilise a small percentage of his potential and the effect the tone had on him, Steve knew what he had to do. He had to use his new found abilities to help those in danger so that no little boy would be forced to rely on himself. He had to become "Double helix". Steve used his studies in physics to create gadgets to do what his powers could not and his studies in biology to learn more about his powers. After six months as double helix Steve had hit his stride as a superhero he hadn't been discovered, he hadn't been seriously hurt and he discovered that he could sense other people’s powers and alter his DNA to gain them.

Originally from Planet Aether, Brought up in tokyo, Japan since his planet was under attack by Dark Aether's warriors known as the Ing. He still doesn't know he's from Aether till his counter part, Dark Cheetah from Dark Aether confronts him in a dream.

Cheetah's "Father" is a scientist working for the government. he gave cheetah a device called the Darkfyre Enhancer. this allows Cheetah to move even quicker than normal and his strenth increases tenfold. but if he stays in darkfyre mode for too long he becomes "corrupted" which cause massive amounts of darkfyre radiatation to erupt around the surrounding area. this is called the darkfyre explosion. but if he uses this too much he wont be able to leave darkfyre mode ever and will become...

Born into tragedy,his mother died during his birth and so his father had to raise him.Arthur's Father was a Hero,but kept this from him although he instilled in Arthur a firm sense of justice.One day his Father was killed by an unknown assailant and Arthur was taken into the home of a family friend where distraught over his loss he secretly researched his fathers murder.When he finally confronted the murderer he had to make a choice between revenge and what his father had taught him,He chose to take the path of the Hero and left the murderer to be arrested.He has since been patrolling the city keeping it safe,He has encountered a few weirdos but nothing he can't handle.

Personality:
While normally a very introverted person who is quite shy around others Arthur is actually very sociable with friends and is a quick witted and funny person who is a good friend,he is wedged comfortably within th middle of the social ladder with his his own group of friends .Though still affected by his parents death he is beggining to get over the grief to become more Confident.Arthur as Razor is almost completely opposite in personality Razor is a of a show off and is confidant with his abilities although sometimes this over confidence can get him into problams,his wit still present is as sharp as ever.Arthur is a prodigy and receives top grades at school,he loves to tinker with machines and his curiosity has often got the better of him.Even though he is a genius Arthur is also a teenager and suffers from the normal distractions of Girls,Video Games and Friends.

Smith was born and raised in the slums of Brooklyn, New York. His mother died when he was five years old and he was brought up by his father, a police officer. Often his father would come home grumbling about how corrupt fellow officers were becoming, taking bribes and turning a blind eye to rampant crime in his area. Fortunately, Alex was a very bright student, and his father knew he would really make something of himself. Alex knew his father could not afford to put him through college, so he joined the army to pay for school. During his time in college he began a serious relationship with a woman named Marie. Things seemed to be going good for him until sadly on his graduation day, his father shot and killed by a car jacker. Smith was scarred from the event, and eventually sent to fight in Iraq. He asked Marie to marry him the day before leaving.

During his time in the war, Smith became a decorated soldier. However, he had was forced to endure many incidences, not helping his already fragile emotional and mental state. It wasnt only the enemy, his troop's treatment of prisoners deeply disturbed him. This continued until he finally was sent home. He was checked into a mental health clinic. He was re-united with his fiance and looked forward to her moving in with him. One day when Marie went to his home to set up a welcome home party, she robbed was stabbed by a man on chrystal meth. the wound was fatal and the man was soon caught, but it did nothing to comfort Smith. He soon sank into a deep depression, he locked himself in his home, not talking to a single person for about 2 months. He knew what had hapenned to his wife and father was happening every day. He decided he would not stand by as this went on, left his home and abandonned his possessions, save for his father's old handguns, modified with silencers. He donned his mask and shirt that would be his trademark and became the Scourge of the underworld.

Story:Not far from Marlborough, MA in Lake Williams there was a lab beneath the water witch belongs to Allen Anumay. Allen was looking for evidence for alien life. Soon after that he herd a crash out side the lake. Allen goes out side to check it out. What he found was a U.F.O. space ship. Allen goes in side to help any injured aliens. Allen found no life in the ship. As he is looking he finds a computer. As he sate down the computer scanned his eye as it scanned it stung Allen’s eyes. Allen fell from the chair and ran. Allen stopped and found a note book right next to a dead alien. Allen took the book and went back to the lab. As he looks in the book he found out that he can imprint an aliens DNA just by looking at an alien look at a picture of an alien. As he goes further into the book he found a list of nine different aliens Allen looks at the aliens and he remembers that he had seen a dead alien. Allen started to think about the alien and all of a sudden he transforms in to the dead alien in the ship. Allen is now able to become 10 different aliens.

Story: Not much is known about him except the fact that he is a mutant with a mimicing ability and long-range telepathy, some speculate that he is also connected to the magic community culminating in the dark arts (particualrly with Necromancy and an uknown deity called Darksun). in recent events within the mutant population, he was kept in a secret mutant research facility until one day his powers were unleashed. his was last spotted in the streets of New York, local authorities are on the look out for him as he also suffers from a double personality disorder. the homeless, the locals and other mutants have come to calling him Necroleaf...
